Do I need an account to book?

No. Pick a service and a time, enter your email address and you're booked. There's nothing to sign up for.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

You'll get a confirmation email within seconds, followed by a free reminder before your appointment.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email. Each shop sets its own cancellation policy, shown on its booking page.

Do I pay when I book?

No. Booking is free and you pay the shop directly at your appointment, as you normally would.
